Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.catenatvs.com operated by Gusu YI’s Design and Craft Studio (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the website.

Products

The supply of our products to you is for personal use only and strictly not for commercial use or resale.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. Note that monitor’s display of any colour may not be accurate.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at anytime without notice.
Most of the products in our on-line store are Made-to-order products. We will start producing the products once your order is confirmed and the payment is received. Under normal circumstances, it will take up to 30 days to finish handcraft a bag. We will then conduct a strict quality control before eventually dispatching it. However, we reserve the right to dispatch the order in more than 30 days after receiving the payment.
Ready-to-ship products will be dispatched within two working days after receiving the payment. If we are unable to ship ready-to-ship products due to events beyond our control or other reasons, you may apply for an order cancellation.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Billing

Orders are processed through secure checkout systems provided by PayPal and Stripe.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, which in our view appear to be set by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to submit current, complete and accurate account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

International Shipping

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for further information.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the Ready-to-Ship product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped. For Made-to-Order products, we do not accept order cancellation.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of ready-to-ship products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before we approve your return request. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
However, Made-to-Order products can be returned only when the product has defect. Defects include but not limited to cracks, broken stitches, stains and deformation. Due to the nature of the raw material we use, scars, irregular grains and slight scratches on the surface of the leather cannot be considered as defects.
It is the responsibility of Catenatvs.com to ensure that the products undergo strict quality control in the house before shipping and photographic evidences be taken and archived in case of dispute. If the package arrives broken or deformed, you have the right to refuse receipt and contact us immediately.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returning item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt by e-mail. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Incorrect deliveries

Catenatvs.com shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, any delay, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Copyright and licensing

This website is owned and operated by Gusu Yi’s Design and Craft Studio. All materials and content including text, photos, images, illustrations, graphics, logos, icons, audio and video clips are the exclusive property of Gusu Yi’s Design and Craft Studio. The website and its contents are protected by copyright and trade dress. We reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement our rights to this material will be defended in accordance to the applicable legislation.
Gusu Yi’s Design and Craft Studio permits the user a limited license to access the website for solely personal, non commercial use. Permission allows to print and download sections of the website, product descriptions, graphics and pricing for placing an order only. One cannot download, duplicate, modify, publish, distribute, reproduce, transmit the website’s content without the written consent of Gusu Yi’s Design and Craft Studio.

Limitation of liability

This website and all content available is provided by Gusu Yi’s Design and Craft Studio on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. You acknowledge that your use of this website is entirely at your own risk. Gusu Yi’s Design and Craft Studio is not liable for any damage of any kind (including, but not limited to viruses and all costs of servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in conjunction with the use of our site, servers or email communications).
